This is easily the most common question I receive. In most cases, a recurring dream about someone says more about your relationship with what that person represents than about the person themselves.

From a psychological perspective, we tend to dream about whoever occupies our thoughts — especially where something feels unfinished: a conversation never had, a goodbye that came too quickly, or a season of life that person belongs to.

From a spiritual perspective, some people take a repeated dream as a prompt to pray for that person, forgive them, or reach out. That's a gentle response, and it doesn't require assuming the dream is a prediction.

Consider what this person means to you personally. What were you feeling in the dream? Is that feeling familiar from waking life?
